Payment claims,
answered

Ask ChatGPT or Claude about your contracts, claims, retention and what's due, and it answers from your own paymentclaims.ai account. It signs in with your login, sees only what you can see, and can't serve a claim or spend money.

How it works

Where your question goes, and where it stops.

Your question goes to ChatGPT or Claude, which asks paymentclaims.ai. We check who you are and what your role lets you see, then send back the figures with a link to each one. Nothing that serves a claim, costs money or touches your accounting system is on offer to it.

  1. 01

    You ask

In ChatGPT or Claude, in your own words.

  2. 02

    It asks paymentclaims.ai

The assistant you already use sends your question to us, on your own plan.

  3. 03

    We check

Your login, your role and your company, before anything is read.

  4. 04

    The answer comes back

From your contracts, claims, schedules and retention, with a link to each figure.

Never gets through
  • It can't serve or submit a payment claim. Only you can, in paymentclaims.ai.

  • It can't incur a Claim Fee. Nothing it does is chargeable.

  • It can't confirm a contract read from your documents. A person does that in paymentclaims.ai.

  • It can't reach billing, members, Xero or MYOB, or create or delete a company.

What you can ask

Answers from your own records.

Ask in your own words. The assistant asks paymentclaims.ai, and the figures come back from your contracts, claims and retention, with a link to each one.

  • Which payment schedules are overdue?

ReadsServed claims still waiting on a schedule, with the deadline

  • Which contracts can we claim on now?

ReadsContracts with a claim period open

  • How much of our retention is still held, and how much can we ask to have released?

ReadsRetention held from you, and the part ready to release

  • What did we claim on our last claim for the Harbour Street job?

    ReadsOne claim's lines and totals

  • What's the approved value of the Harbour Street contract?

ReadsThe contract's items, variations and approved value

  • What's the head contractor's ABN and address?

ReadsTheir business identifiers, address and contacts

Deadlines are counted by paymentclaims.ai on each contract's jurisdiction (how we count them). The assistant words its own answer, so check a deadline in paymentclaims.ai before you act on it.

Your login

It sees only what your login can.

ChatGPT and Claude sign in with your own paymentclaims.ai login, and only reach the companies you're a member of. Before you connect, our consent screen names the assistant and lists everything it can do and everything it can never do.

Disconnect it from Account, Connected applications, and it stops on its next question. What you ask goes through ChatGPT or Claude, so the terms of your plan with OpenAI or Anthropic apply to it.

Questions

Three things people ask.

Does it cost anything?
Nothing it does incurs a Claim Fee. You need a ChatGPT or Claude plan that can add a custom connection; the cards above show which.
Can it get things wrong?
It reads our figures, but it writes its own sentences around them. Check anything you'll act on in paymentclaims.ai, especially a deadline.
Can it file a new subcontract?
Not from ChatGPT, and we haven't confirmed it from Claude. Upload new subcontracts in paymentclaims.ai as you do now.

You did the work. Getting paid for it should be the simple part.
