One login, every client's claims
A practice runs claims for several subcontractors from one place. Each client is its own account, with its own companies, contracts and documents, so one client's claims and figures never sit in another's.
Each client company connects to its own Xero organisation. A certified claim becomes a tax invoice in that client's books, not in yours.
The next claim drafts itself
Upload the subcontract and the last claim. The platform reads them, sets up the contract's items and retention terms, and drafts the next claim from them. Your practice checks the draft and serves it. Nothing is sent until somebody presses serve.
The AI does the reading: pulling the items out of a subcontract, matching last month's claim back to them, putting a pile of paperwork together into one contract. It never does the arithmetic. Every total, every retention figure and every deadline is computed, the same way every time.
The reminder that names the amount
Retention is tracked to the day, per client and per contract: how much is held, under which terms, and when each part falls due for release. When it does, the reminder says how much and goes straight to recording the release claim, for your practice to prepare and check. A client's retention does not sit forgotten because nobody's diary said to ask for it.
The head contractor's schedule, matched back
When the head contractor's payment schedule comes back, record it against the claim and the platform matches it line by line. What was cut, what was certified in full, and retention held above what the contract provides for are flagged rather than buried.
The platform does not decide whether a schedule is right. It shows where it differs, for your practice to take up with the client's head contractor, and the client decides what to do about it. Where a schedule materially undercuts a claim the Act's deadlines are short, and the client should take advice.
What it costs your client
Your client pays for its own claims, on its own account, and the bill goes to the client. There are no plans and no seats, for the client or for your practice.
- Each client's first three claims are free and they never expire. There is one trial per account, not one for each company.
- After that it is A$20 + GST a claim, or NZ$20 GST free, capped at A$200 + GST or NZ$200 per company a month.
- Each company a client claims under has its own cap: they do not share one, and there is no overall ceiling above them.
